About Me

Hello, my name is Jenna McGuire. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a valid Teaching License. I am Highly Qualified to teach preschool through third grade since my graduation from Cincinnati Christian University in May of 2018. Since my graduation, I spent a year employed at a private facility called Creme de la Creme (formerly Children’s Learning Adventure) where I was a Lead Preschool teacher. For the 2019-2020 school year, I was employed by Hamilton County ESC., stationed at Taylor Elementary School in the Northwest Local School District as their Building Substitute. I have had the opportunity to work in many different classrooms in grades Kindergarten through fifth. And while I was the Building Substitute, I also had the pleasure of being a long-term substitute (mid-October until Christmas break) for a Kindergarten class at Taylor. I absolutely loved my time working in Kindergarten! During this time, I continued working for after-school care at the daycare. This school year, I am continuing my employment at Creme de la Creme and I am teaching private Kindergarten. I am driven by my passionate love for children and I try to find as many opportunities to work with children as I can, in any capacity. Getting to spend time around children constantly opens my eyes and helps me rediscover the joy that can be found in life.
I am originally from a small suburb, New Albany, that is just outside of Columbus, Ohio. I got married in July of 2017 and my husband and I are currently living on the North side of Cincinnati as we both explore new career opportunities. I am so excited for this new chapter of life and I am even more excited to have my own classroom one day soon!
